PROCEDURES FOR CAR’S REMOVAL and DELIVERIES:
We remind you that pick-ups must be booked online* on VPAUTO platform.
When the pick-up order is issued, you will automatically receive a link to the booking platform.
CAUTION : No delivery without appointment and removal form.
Appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance, exclusively using our online platform (no appointment will be taken by phone). Please make sure that the driver has a pick-up order for each vehicle.

For Aulnay, Bassens, Miramas and Wavrin, you'll get a removal order by email. Please follow the instructions mentioned on it.
Information for transporters: vehicle deliveries cannot be taken outside of the hours below.

VEHICLE’S DELIVERY IN OUR CAR PARKS:

Once the vehicle is parked for delivery, all the elements that have been in contact with our operators are disinfected: steering wheel, keys, window controls, driver's interior and exterior door handle, gear lever, steering wheel controls, convenience stores, interior and exterior driver's door pillars.

Vehicles are prepared in advance, respecting the barrier gestures and identified thanks to online appointment scheduling. If you wish to remove several vehicles during your journey, please specify the different vehicle numbers on the appointment scheduling interface.
AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION
Given the risk of the virus spreading by air, the technical control centers and the VPauto teams are no longer allowed to test the vehicle ventilation systems.
For this reason, no claims regarding A.C and Climate Control system problems will be accepted.
REMINDER OF BARRIER GESTURES:
- Wash your hands very often
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a disposable handkerchief
- Maintain a distance of at least one metre between each person when moving around or working.
